How much does it cost to send a Gift?

In order to cover our cost, we charge a small fee of 5,999 CFA per order. We put alot of effort on our customer service and ensuring the quality of our service to you. We hope that you will be so impressed by our service quality.

Why are the items so cheap?

For most of our items, we buy directly from the wholesalers which means we take advantage of the cheaper rates they give us. We've also partnered with financial institutions that give us great exchange rates for your local currency. Our exchange rates are much more competitive than those of Western Union and MoneyGram. We are constantly changing our rates to provide you with the cheapest rates available. So you can count on us as the cheapest.

How good is the quality of the products in your Catalog?

Most of the items in our Catalog are purchased directly from local suppliers based in Cameroon. We check each supplier to ensure that the quality of the goods is genuine and of very high quality. Most of our products also come with 1 - 3 years warranty depending on the manufacturer. WE DO NOT SELL SECOND HAND PRODUCTS. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund your purchase within 14 days of the order provided it is in the right condition.

Do you Gift-wrap the Gifts?

We offer a gift wrapping service to complement the quality goods on the site. We will beautifully wrap any purchase finish it off with ribbon and add a gift card for delivery. Just write the message for your card in the Gift Message field during the checkout process. This a lovely touch to enhance any gift purchase.

How is the gift Collected/Delivered in Cameroon?

Once you have made payment, our staff in cameroon is notified immediately. If the gift is for delivery, then we will gift-wrap the gift, arrange with one of our delivery drivers who will contact your receiver to deliver the item provided you have given us accurate instructions about the delivery location. If the Gift is for COLLECTION, then we will call your receiver and arrange for them to collect the Gift from one of our offices. Note that we only have collection points in Douala, buea, Limbe, Tiko and Bamenda for now.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered or Collected?

Almost all the items in our catalog are available for delivery or collection today. However, because of the volume of sales we have at this period, we sometimes run out of very popular products. We aim to deliver your Gift purchase within 2 days and make it available for collection within 24 hrs. If there's a delay for whatever reason, one of our staff will contact you by phone or via email to keep you informed. You can also check the status of your order via our tracking page on the website.

Do I have to pay for Delivery and Collection?

Collection from any one of our offices is FREE OF CHARGE. If you want your item delivered to the recipient, then you'll incurr a Delivery charge of 6000 CFA . Note: Some products will incur an additional surcharge due to the complexities of delivery beyond our control, for such items, we will notify you before we proceed with the order.
